The Current HEDI Institute PROJECTS
1—-: Contributing to guaranteeing the right to education for people in the contexts of flexibility and job creation.
2—: Strengthening the skills of young people for employment and for their commitment to peace and citizenship, as well as by encouraging the integration of young people who have dropped out of school due to the security and/or health crises into the formal school system.
3—: Strengthen the education policy and the educational planning processes in large-scale human mobility contexts, considering national normative frameworks, educational management, and information systems as well as coordination among institutions in charge of policy development for the protection of people on the move and their host communities.
4—: The mission of the Horn of Africa Education Development Institute (HEDI) is an inter-regional institute, and is to proclaim to its region in the Horn of Africa (HOA’s) by the little-understood gospel taught by Jesus Christ—the good news of the coming Kingdom of God—and to prepare a people for that Kingdom. This message not only offers great hope for all of humanity, but encompasses the purpose of human existence—why we are here and where our world is headed.
